Not to beat The Dead Horse but I think one of the things that bothered me the most this season was the utter disregard of their own cliffhangers? Like you can’t just explain away certain things with one single sentence. “Oh yeah we just made it so Sherlock wasn’t the official murderer in the Magnussen thing.” Then why didn’t you do that in the first place? “Oh yeah John was just hit by a tranquilizer we won’t address the fact that Eurus got out many times and tried to seduce John and then apparently shot him”? “Oh yeah Sherlock is going to John’s therapist but we won’t ever mention it again”? Wtf
